Well, with the help of their two dear friends, Lanz and Kim, of course!

Now, don't let their current job titles fool you: Lanz is a former boarder turned Team Lead in Teletech Bacolod, and Kim is a former associate who's now one of the highest-paid senior agents in IBM Daksh. But despite their fancy job titles, they are still the same old pals who have come to the rescue of our protagonist. And for that, Arcy and I would like to extend our deepest thanks to these two shining stars.

But hold on a minute, folks. Before you get too carried away, let's just hope that Lanz and Kim are actually reading this. None other than our new colleague Orchid and her charming boyfriend, Nico.

We asked Orchid to pay one month's rent in advance, with no deposit required. And to sweeten the deal even further, we allowed Nico to share the rent for the room that Orchid occupies. But that's not all, folks. We're also graciously shouldering all of the utilities - from electricity to water, gas to association dues, and even broadband connection. Talk about a sweet deal!

But don't be fooled, dear readers. While this setup may seem like a dream come true for Orchid and Nico, we know that we need to cut our losses somehow, and this is one way to do it. Plus, it's always nice to have some company in our cozy little home, right?
